Windows-based dispensing software has been designed in such a way that it can be learned quickly and used practically, as well as having functions that meet all the needs of the users. Basic computer knowledge is sufficient to use the software. The software prepares the formulas defined in the system, monitors the batch numbers, allows the reuse of excess inks, and also provides traceability thanks to its comprehensive reporting function.

Formulation Database

All formulas to be used in dispensing are stored in a database. Formulas entered into the database can be listed according to groups and formula type. All formulas belonging to the customer are transferred to the database in bulk or, when requested, the formulas in the database can be exported and reported in different formats

Stock Control

Stocks are stored in the database with batch numbers. All dispensing transactions are recorded in the database, so instant stock control can be done. The software checks stocks before dispensing, and warns the operator about the low stock levels.

Return Inks Control

Its return inks control allows the reuse of excess inks after printing. This feature, which is included as a standard in the software, searches for suitable return inks that can be used in this production in the surplus warehouse defined on a new pre-production system and creates the new formulation according to the amount to be spent. Return inks usage amount and code can be selected by the operator.

Automatic Circulation

Automatic circulation is a standard feature in the software used to ensure that the system is constantly homogeneous. The desired circulation for each component can be adjusted on the desired day and time for the desired duration.

Reporting

Detailed reports are made regarding the dispense history, including information such as production quantities, usage amounts, the operator performing the production, production hours, deviations, and batch numbers of the components used. These reports can be exported and used in different formats.
